The advance part or full payment is non refundable unless at least 5 clear working days notice is given before the start of the show.
An administration charge of 4 pounds per booking will be incurred by the customer for any cancellations made.
Your receipt must be shown at time of collection or no equipment will be issued and no refund due.
If equipment you order is not available we will offer an alternative.
Bookings are subject to the client supplying the correct information. I.e. Make sure you enter the correct weight of the user.
Any balance due on the day must be paid with cash or cheque -
No refunds will be given if the weather is poor unless the event is cancelled.
No refund will be due if the equipment malfunctions due to weather or terrain conditions.
The only information we store will be relevant to your booking and the security of the equipment.

Wheels for Freedom" reserve the right to refuse any person the use of equipment if it is believed that there sufficient grounds to do so.
All equipment must be collected by 12 am or the booking will be void with no refund due unless you contact us to advise us of a delay.
General conditions and safety:
You agree to return the equipment to the issuing point at the time agreed when you collect it or a penalty will be due of £10 per hour.
Do not allow children, passengers or animals on the machine and do not overload the equipment.
Ensure the equipment is turned off when getting in and out of it.
By making a booking you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
